Anything’s possible. Our skilled chefs can create flawless products across the full range of specialties.
Our canapés are particularly popular (for one customer, we produce up to 6,000 a week). We’re also seeing growing demand for our pies, afternoon tea cakes and desserts, and petit fours.
In addition, we provide sandwiches in quantity using freshly-baked bread and hand-made fillings.

We’ll work with you to create and test each new product, and we put every order together individually in our purpose-built production kitchen. Where you want to adapt recipes to meet dietary requirements and taste preferences, we’re happy to do what’s needed.

Instead, we source carefully, from reliable suppliers (local where possible), make from fresh, and follow thorough processes to guarantee flavour and texture.
Accurate allergen labelling keeps you compliant with allergen legislation and allows your team to advise customers with confidence.
Consistent, Reliable Service
With operations under the watchful eye of head chef and experienced catering operations manager Stuart Kennedy, your orders will be delivered on time, every time, to a consistent standard.
Depending on the size of the order, we can deliver within up to a two-hour drive of our base near Stafford. This brings in both Birmingham and Manchester. We deliver in our own refrigerated vehicle.
Our SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) certification means you can be sure we operate to food safety standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum expected by enforcement authorities.
